Fees - Stalls/Shavings/Camping/Mats
Pre-Reservation Fees
Stalls : June 15th - August 24th @ Midnight : $70 Non-Refundable
Regular Reservation Fees
Stalls : August 25th - Sept 6th : $100
Refund Policy (applies only to $100 rate) August 25th - Sept 3rd @ Midnight
(No refunds will be issued after this deadline on $100 stall rate. In the event of equine loss of life, refunds will be considered with vet letter)
Shavings, Camping, Mats, and more..
Shavings : $9.00 per bag (NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ARE ALLOWED!!)
Stall Mats : $100 per stall
Camping : $45 per night (Electric Only, no water hookups available)
Early Arrival : $25 per stall (Thursday Sept 3rd at Noon - ALL Stalls being used by horses, tack, feed, dogs, bedding, or otherwise will be charged if arriving before Friday Sept 4th :: We are charged for stalls even if they are just bedded down and buckets hung!)
Class Fees/APHA Fees Etc
APHA Class Fees - priced PER JUDGE
* $10 per class or $50 all-day (one horse/one rider
* APHA Fee $1 per class
* APHA Paynt Point $2 per class
* Chrome Cash $10 per class (in addition to APHA fees, do not have to participate in chrome cash portion of the class)
* IPHA Buckle Classes $20
* IPHA Office Fee $20 (Pre-enter by 9/2 @ Midnight for $10 discount)
* IPHA Futurity Office Fee $25 (waived if horse is shown in an APHA class)
Gordyville USA All Breed Challenge Open Show Fees
*Classes approved for GVABOS points but this show does not count as a qualifying show due to showbill differences*
*Will be shown to 2 rotating judges per day.
* $15 per class
* $10 office fee per horse
* Walk/Whoa classes - no charge (exhibitor may be assisted)
IL Paint Horse Futurity Classes
